To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying the programme - I have met a lot of new people and have developed a great support network as we progress through the programme together.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot of new technical skills and have also developed my existing managerial skills to think more like a leader.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very well structured. Workshop dates are provided well in advance so that work and family life can be managed around them. Assignment due dates are also given out with lots of notice.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive a significant amount of support from my employer. Time is given for workshops and my line manager provides feedback on all of my assignments to help with my progress.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A large amount of support is given by my training provider. All of the lecturers have provided additional resources and where required have been more than willing to have 1:1 sessions to support development.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

All of the learning so far I have been able to put into practice and also share with my team colleagues so that we can all benefit from the learning.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Additional activities are provided by the university including careers support and extracurricular wellbeing sessions.
