Given training throughout my placement.
Always had training days periodically.
Any problems I had I knew who to ask.
Worked extremely closely with a senior member of staff which allowed me to gain lots of skills and experience in recruitment.

Excellent Company Culture.
Regular Social Events such as meals and activates for the team when hit and surpassed targets.
