Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Diagnosing procedures which can be improved, co-ordinating a solution, implementing and embedding the solution, reviewing the process.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
company, colleagues, and benefits are excellent, but more on the job training would be nice.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learnt skills permeant to project management which I would not have gotten the opportunity to learn elsewhere

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Qualification is well organised and structured, but traineeship itself often feels like any other full time job with no additional input
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
The required support is always there, it just often requires a lot of digging to get to. All learning is very independent.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
meetings whenever i need them and a dedicated qualification support manager who has been extremely helpful.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
Qualification is relevant to a lot of the day to day administrative tasks I do within my role and has given me the skills to improve processes.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Massively so, networks for anything from members of the lgbtq community to armed forces veterans and reservists. Regular networking events are run coving a variety of activities and a wide group of people.
