Rolls Royce have run the apprenticeship programmes for years now and therefore the apprenticeship programmes are fantastic as they allow people straight out of school to experience working life and receive training.

4/5
Rolls Royce offer a lot of support, within the organisation there are many people who you can reach out to for support. Rolls Royce also have sessions with the apprenticeship development lead and your training provider to make sure you are progressing within the apprenticeship and if you aren't give you support to catch up.

Regular meetings are in the diary to ensure that apprentices receive the required support.

The university lectures have helped me immensely with my role day to day. The theory we learn in University can be used in your role and therefore you get the best of both worlds, getting theory and practical.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
