Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Account Management for all the recruitment needs of Mitie FM. Dealing with retinue, the 3rd party and building relationships between Hays, Mitie and Retinue. Team support for others account managers in the form of data analysis, administration tasks, marketing aesthetics etc. Role also involves job distribution, fill rate tracking and helping consultants to advertise roles effectively,
