Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I help with providing branded and non branded digital assets to colleagues globally and give advice on leveraging the Hays brand. I work on partnerships by having weekly meetings with our partners and considering how we make the most out of them. I also write internal/external articles when appropriate.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I have been given lots of responsibility which has meant I have been able to make the most of developing my skillset during the placement.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I have learnt how to communicate with different internal/external stakeholders. I have improved my knowledge around branding and the importance of keeping it consistent. I have improved my written communication skills through writing internal articles. I have learnt about how to maximise the partnerships that we have through utilising different contractual assets.
