Taking care of food safety for the restaurant, managing staff, taking lead of quality service to customers and making sure products are to a high standards.

If you get on with the work it is a great job to have with easy promotions to be had if you put the effort in.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to McDonald's?
Push for training, you are in charge of your own motivation and the more you have the faster you can be fully trained. Within 6 months, you can hit crew trainer.
