Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As a shift manager, I ensure all shifts are set up for well and prepared in advance. I ensure safety procedures are being followed and I ensure crew are happy on shift. I then use my time keeping skills to ensure breaks are run effectively.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy learning whilst on the job. I enjoy implying what I have learnt into practice and seeing the difference it makes. I enjoy learning about employees and what makes them happy.
