Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I resource candidates within the Senior Finance sector across Surrey and Hampshire. On a day to day basis, I call candidates, carry out screen meetings, match candidates to relevant opportunities, send candidates to live clients and market candidates out to local clients to try generate further opportunities.

The company is a lot more than just calling people asking if they want a job.
