As a crew member I am responsible for handling customers orders, whether its handing them out or making them in the kitchen. There are also secondary responsibilities like cleaning etc
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme a lot, it can feel somewhat boring sometimes but I know its worth it

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I'm more capable of talking to people than I was a year ago, my social skills are improving and I feel more confident in myself
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is structured very well, we're given a set amount of tasks for each month to be completed weekly with a deadline. We're also set external tasks by our people manager who checks in monthly, these tasks are to be completed within the month they're set
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer, if I need anything they make sure I know I'm able to ask for help
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training coach lets me message them whenever I need their help while doing my work, and they check in every week to see how I'm doing
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that what I learn within the course helps me to be a better coworker and service provider, I'm more aware of certain issues that occur within relationships etc and can try to avoid causing problems. I'm also more aware of the laws behind what we do
