Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
My role is a shift leader. This consists of me running shifts or certain areas. And also to train new members of staff and also support everyone as a team.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I really enjoy what I am learning at the moment. I just struggle slightly with the time frame to fit it all in.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learnt a lot more stuff. And I have also learnt about the stuff I am already doing.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
I like the way my apprenticeship is all set out and has deadlines to complete them by. It is quite easy to navigate.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I do receive some support from my employer. However, nobody has asked me how it is going or checked in with my progress other than my apprenticeship guy.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I am quite happy with the support from my training provider. They explain clearly what I need to get done. And offer help when needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I feel since starting my apprenticeship I have progressed quite well and improved my own work and performance within my job role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
We have recently had a sport event for raising money for charity though I would definitely enjoy doing in store money raising.
