The programme is very good but at times can feel chaotic on the college side.

I am developing and learning a lot of new skills and IT software for my role. Learning leadership and teamwork skills as well.

The college side of the programme is shockingly organised while the company side of things is much better. However, as the college side of the apprenticeship is the majority of the course it has a larger effect.

Lots of support is available if you ask for it and we have regular feedback reveiws

Not an adequate amount. Teachers will not reply with a clear and accurate answer even to the most basic question.

3/5
About 60% of the course is relevant to the job and the other 40% is interesting so it doesn't feel too bad
