To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Although it is not without its challenges, through the ongoing support of my employer, SSE, and my line management the programme has and continues to be very enjoyable and worthwhile.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Every single module from finance to leading teams and from digital business to project management have all provided useful concepts, theories and insight that have increased my effectiveness and efficiency in my role.

Overall, the course is exceptionally well structured with clear linkages between the modules.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Clear and unequivocal support is given by my line management that is also supported across the wider range of SSE employees when it comes to learning from their experiences and supporting additional learning opportunities.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Training support is provided by the provider through a blend of online webinars and live residentials to ensure the most effective learning experience is achieved. However, the greater benefit comes from the interaction with the wider course cohort.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

As previously mentioned, each module as been successful in providing additional benefit in my work place and continues to offer greater utility both professionally and personally.
