Yes, I have learn so many skills since starting my apprenticeship such as written and verbal skills, and using software like excel, as well as accountancy skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
My apprenticeship is structured okay. In my role, I feel that I was given too much too soon, and was left to learn things on my own, when someone from my team should have sat with me to go over things. I also feel that my training provider is a bit unorganised and things could be explained better.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
I feel very supported in my role, and I know that there is always someone to help if I need it. However, sometimes I feel that colleagues are too busy to help me if I am stuck and need something explained.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
I am happy with the support I receive from my coach and feel that I am progressing well in building my portfolio with them. However, I feel that my course us not very well organised, and the person who teaches he content is not helpful, they rush through things, and don't offer any support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
I am learning about the role of a legal professional, and the different skills needed to be good at my role, and the different ways I can improve these skills, and improve overall as person to make sure I provide clients with the best possible service.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Yes there are lots of social activities, clubs and groups to join.
