Having work Monday - Thusday and uni on Friday means the programme is extremely structured and becomes a routine.

4/5
A lot. We have our line managers as well as a dedicated person to young talent in HR for further support. We are also all very close as an apprentice community to support our peers

It has been good - there are a range of contacts at the University for different queries and support needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Work and Uni are both very linked. Theory and learning supports me in understanding work operations, strategy and communications.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
We have a young talent community called "NextGen" which organises sports teams, socials, networking and learning sessions!
