I mainly deal with queries and questions from the field team and business partners who actually deal with out customers and aid them to ensure they are equipped well to do their jobs

I enjoy it alot and would recommend to all.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've learned how to use excel and improved my knowledge on how to navigate around it. I've also learnt how to find the best solutions to different problems by encountering questions which I've never come across before

It is very well organised and has a set structure.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I believe i get a substantial amount of support from my employer and always help out any way they can when i ask for it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support from my training provider as they ensure i am always on track with my assignments and ensure i meet the deadlines in time through reminders.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

To some extents it allows to better understand the market and the industry my company is actually in therefore it allows me to implement my own knowledge.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Currently, L'Oreal does not provide these extra-curricular activities however some interns decide to all chip in and book a pitch after work usually once a week to have a little kick about and whenever im free i decide to play
