support is there always.... time out from day to day roles to focus on apprenticeship given whenever required, and adequate time given too, not just 10 minutes!!

support and assistance is there whenever needed whether by phone or email. Prompt replies and detailed discussion meaning I don/'t normally have to ask twice

I has ensured I do my job correctly and making sure I stay within the up to date rules and regulations which I may not of necessarily gone over without the course.

On the whole very positive- everyone supportive, lots of opportunities for development, deals & offers i could go on...
Only negative was it was as a little vague when coming to the end of my course though- didn't know what next steps were

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to L'Oreal?
Just go for it.... I was completely inexperienced in the role I applied for and I just went for it as a 'why not'
No regrets at all from me & I would do it all again given the chance.... I would just love that permanent contract though!!
