L'Oreal structure for PR and Comms apprentices has been great, I have a incredibly supportive team, who have guided me through the past two years. In addition, to my incredible apprentice advisor guiding me through the work/study balance of the program.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The University Of Kent are brilliant at ensuring the students are well equip for the exams. L'Oréal also provide study days to reduce any overwhelming feeling.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The Chartered Business Management degree is the perfect fit for my role in PR & Communications, with modules in strategic marketing, but also operations and process management to help guide me in the full L'Oreal operations.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes! There are constant funded and non-funded activities to take part in. From GenZ events, to internal team events.
