my role is providing support for account managers to ensure the sales process runs as smoothly as possible . Finding and quoting products, chasing deliveries are my day to day responsibilities
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

everyone is so helpful and welcoming if i need help i can go to anyone in my office and they are more than happy to help

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

i have learnt to manage my time better and prioritise different pieces of work. i have also learnt to push myself out of my comfort zone when i dont want to do something as it will only grow my skills

Our programme is very structured for the first month, plenty of training scheduled and time for self learning and calls with training provider every day

Support from my employer is endless, we are constantly surrounded by people that can help, mentors team leaders and managers

Firebrand are extremely supportive, anything we need and questions i have they are more than happy to help. they respond to any questions really quickly and always happy for a phone call if needed
