It started off very structed however I feel towards the end of my programme I could've had a bit more support preparing for my end point assessment

Aon have been great helping me when I need and always checking in on my wellbeing

4/5
Fitch was great towards my Investment management certificate and there isn't more they could have done. On reflection, perhaps more of a mentor figure who I could ask technical questions to.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
Especailly unit 2 of the Investment management certificate applies quite well to my role. I understand now about teh regulation involved in the financial services industry and the thinking behind an investment.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There is some events that go on occasionally and is definitely improving with time. There are sports teams but there isn't much mention of them and therefore its hard to know what exactly there is out there.
