Also, the apprenticeship team provide a lot of support. They run workshops throughout the year that focus on developing key skills. They are always supportive and provide guidance to resolve problems quickly.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
Also, by balancing work and studying, It help me develop strong time management and organizational skills which are crucial to perform effectively in the workplace, ultimately helping me in my career.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to UBS?
Preparation is key, prepare examples of your accomplishments that showcase your skills that fit into the role you're applying to. Also, at the end of an interview always ask questions, this can help you stand out and show your interest in the role.
