Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
In my role, my day to day activities could vary from reviewing creative assets and providing feedback to reporting on campaigns. As well as this, an important part of the role is liasing with stakeholders to ensure objectives for a campaign are set and/or on track to being achieved if the campaign is live. Additionally, it would be my responsibility to provide recommendations on how we can improve campaigns performance and efficiency before, during and after a campaign has run.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
The program has been amazing, i have been able to rotate across 3 different teams within marketing to make sure i gather the experience i need for when the apprenticeship ends, but to also ensure i understand my studies.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes, stakeholder manager, use of the Adobe experience suite (such as Adobe analytics or Adobe audience manager), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads manager, Presentation skills, reporting skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The program is very well structured and they have 'buddies' which are previous apprentices who are there to support you when you join. Although, there could have been more communication about the program structure pre-joining.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive as much support as i need. All of the managers i have had have been really accommodating to the support i need and when this varies depending on what work and assignments i have going on.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
My training provider was always really supportive, whenever i had questions or requested feedback i would receive it. However, i think the sessions we had at the university could have been better
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I feel my qualification definitely helps to perform better in my role and provides me more context with what im doing. However, i do feel as if my role at BT helped me to acheive my qualification
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
