I am a lot more confident with presenting, and my Excel skills have improved. I have enhanced the skills I had already in terms of customer experience.

This has more room for improvement as due to the fast nature of the industry, it is quite hard to find the time to complete assignments and tasks.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My team are great with supporting me on my journey, I think apprentices need to be celebrated even more.

They have supported me emotionally when I have been stressed about meeting certain criteria and I have been supported with my project.
