i support my GM in how he wants to run the pub. I run shifts and lead the team. I open and close the pub and ensure money is accounted for. I order, stock take and monitor compliance.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I found it very informative and relative to my job role. I've now signed up to level 4.

I felt more frredom to complete it on my own time whilst settling smart targets and setting a good pace to complete on time. I felt supported in this.
