Apprentice Review

I am moving through production zones in the interior trim center and following the manufacturing process through the department. I also attend Chichester college where i study the theory side of working in a lean manufacturing environment and also the practical process of manufacturing parts in bench fitting. We are taught to complete all of this following the lean principles of KAIZEN.

As a lean manufacturing apprentice, I am fortunate to have a well-structured and organised programme that provides me with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in this field. The programme is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of lean principles, tools and techniques, and it is structured in a way that allows me to learn and practice these skills in a real-world setting.
