60% of the time, the days are very slow and people can be apprehensive to let you do things or understand what you legally can and cannot do.

Half way through my second year, this has improved and looks like it should continue. However, to begin with, there was not much guidance on how the progression should look or would look like.

They are happy to put you on training and are approachable.

The content seems correct having entered the second year, however, the way it is delivered is not good for actually learning the content.

Why?
I would recommend them for a job not apprenticeship, however if you are willing to stick with it the job opportunities look good.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to CBRE Group?
The working environment is welcoming. Expect to not constantly be doing things. Ask for training, they will more than likely give it to you.
