My role within Softcat is a Corporate Account Manager located in Marlow at Softcat’s HQ office. My daily routine consists of providing IT solutions to my trading customers and prospecting other businesses by cold calling and researching decision-making contacts.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed my programme as it provided me with the ability to learn and earn at the same time.

Skills I have built on include communication, organizational, and time-management skills. I've learnt to be more resilient and how to provide the correct solution according to a businesses requirements.
