Working within technology as a business analyst liaising with a variety of platform specialists to achieve project goals.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme is enjoyable, however the content I learn on training with QA differs greatly from what my job role has me doing so sometimes it is difficult to understand what my apprenticeship is for.

Each time I have a module to complete, I am given a good walk-through before starting and can reach it whenever I need help thereafter.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification feels different from my role therefore I don’t see much of it helping me perform better in my role, however it helps me understand the technical side that the people I work with have to do.

The bank provides plenty of employee led networks that set up a variety of events such as webinars, networking events, and voluntary events.
