I am the Digital Lead for Business Services and lead our strategy on digital and data usage. I am involved in dataflow, process improvement and automation and also the up-skilling of staff in these areas.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme was enjoyable as it meant I met colleagues from around our business and got to work together on data problems.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme was structured well and had a full plan from day 1. Perhaps the time commitment was under played before we started as I know we all found that the real challenge.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I found the stream of different coaches frustrating at the beginning but my final coach was amazing - really supportive, knowledgeable and available when needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Although I won't use the skills every day in my role, it will enable me to understand what is possible and develop projects based around the use of data going forwards.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes - there are lots of different activities - sports clubs, activity clubs etc.

I have worked at Arup along time and I still love where I work. The work is challenging, the people are great to work with and I like the company values and goals.
