My role at work is to run the business understand needs of customers also training and development crew crew trainers and managers I am also running customer care team and active working with mcdonalds charity Ronald McDonalds House Charity. As a namager I am responsible for the business and safety and security customers and crew
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my program as is refreshing my memory and I am learning new sometimes difficult skills also is required to be a part of the organisation what I love to do as I wanna be someone with bigger position in our business every day I am learning something new

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes I did learn new skills and still learning how to take care of bussines or what responsibilities has my business manager also I am happy to help with my adwance knowlage and curiosity I know I can manmanage more seriously matters not only with running smoothly shift but business as well

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Is well organised and well knowledge about what the business needs and expect I did not had some of this knowledge or didn't understand properly so I was not properly able to use my skills at work now I am able to understand even more what is happening in a store
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Not too much but I am understanding that business is busy time period and we entering even more busiest but my manger allow me use and access sources what ever I need sometimes I will ask for help
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

From training provider I am happy to get any help needed without even asking they are always checking on me if I am understood question and making sure I will do my assignments and task as we know I am working with busy restaurant and sometimes I dont have time or energy.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am sur that after finishing study I will be better at understanding business needs and customer experience much better
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Am afraid there is nothing like that however on workplace is account for apprenticeship students and is really helpfull
