This is the first year BT is running the digital UX scheme so it does feel slightly incoherent at times. However, my manager and mentor make it feel a lot more organised.

I receive some support from my training provider (MMU) but not as much as I do from my employer.

The more I progress through the course at university, the more it begins to relate to my everyday role and therefore helps me perform better in my role/rotations.
