As a software engineer, I am involved in meetings all day, checking what needs to be done and co-operating with other teams to get work completed.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Although it is difficult to get a hang of, the work environment is great at Lloyds and everyone is really helpful in getting me on track.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Not very well organised. It seems as though there is not much communication between the training provider and Lloyds which caused some confusion with learning requirements.

Not much support. Very minimal information given and seems as though I am expected to ask the right questions to get the answers I need.

The qualification seems to have no impact on my role, most of what helps me in my role is any self learning that I do by myself.
