Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
Currently on a HR Business Partnering placement in Procurement and Commercial, so lots of my work is with directors/senior managers, advising them/guiding them in different topics.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I love the scheme, and the opportunity that I have been given from the apprenticeship.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learnt so many new skills and built on my existing skills - especially my confidence!

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
It is organised down to a T! It is structured in a way, but is flexible too as you get to choose 2 of your BP placements.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I have received support from every single person I have come across in TFL. I have never felt more supported in a role.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I do feel supported by my training provider.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I have learnt so many key aspects of HR through working towards my qualification, which is then re-enforced in my day to day work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There are so many opportunities available, depending on your likes/dislikes. I went on a training course to become a licensed TFL Ambassador, which means I can work in stations when they need extra staff/cover, or for events. I enjoy working shifts as an Ambassador as I get to see a whole different side to TFL, and it helps me understand the operational side of things better.
