I am responsible for learning about the product we deliver to the customer. I learn about mechanical engineering primarily with information regarding other disciplines.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Some sections are enjoyable, some less so. People can be a pleasure to work with or not so enjoyable. I enjoy learning, but do not enjoy the structure of the programme.

I have developed on current skills and also learned new skills, though not as much as I probably could have if the scheme were more refined.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The organisation and structure of the programme are extremely poor, though it has been refined with a more permanent manager.

Support is provided if required, and are willing to go a bit further to help you out.

Not so much, the market is rather niche for the apprenticeship scheme to be totally applicable.

If the scheme were more refined I would refer, however final market salary is not competitive, though other benefits are there.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Babcock International Group?
Consider options before committing, workload may not be stable.
