My role involves creating and implementing the visual strategy for Womenswear.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am enjoying the programme as I feel it is giving me a new outlook on how to manage both myself and others.

I have gained a wealth of information whilst being on the course and have developed both new skills and grown my existing ones, learning new methods and insights on ways of working.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is well structured, however the portal that we use can be somewhat confusing to navigate at times.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have minimal support from my employer, but they do provide touch points throughout the year.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have received lots of support from the training provider and my trainer is always helpful and understanding. Helping to get the most from my learning.

I believe I use the learnings from the course on a daily basis. I find I am constantly referring back to the workshops and learnings throughout my working days.
