Attracting the best external Retail and Corporate talent to Mitchells and Butlers by acting as the company’s key contact for digital/paid attraction and to own the company attraction plan.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme as it has really pushed me to develop myself and view things in a more strategic way. This has helped me develop at work and take on new roles and responsibilities.

The mains skills I use are social recruiting, employer branding, verbal and written communication skills, project management and agency management skills.

The qualifications not only helps me to perform better in my role, it has also helped me be promoted into a new role, and supported my transition into a new team.
