It was three days of insightful work experience programmes that helped to broaden my knowledge on the legal sector as well as how i would be able to get into a career in law. The programme was online, but there was still lots to do in order for me to obtain useful knowledge and skills.
To what extent did you enjoy your work experience?

i enjoyed it to a large extent, there was definitley a wide variety of programmes that all helped me to develop different skills as well as broaden my knowledge on certain sectors that i hadn't thought about before. of course i enjoyed some parts of it more than others but overall it was very enjoyable.
How well organised was your work experience?

Very well organised, the person who was hosting made sure that everything ran smoothly and everything was on time and flowed very well.
How much did your work experience help you in deciding on your future career path?

it helped a lot, definitley in terms of different paths into law that i previously hadn't thought of whilst also giving me tips and useful knowledge.

What training and skills development did you learn from your work experience?

I developed how to be able to think critically, as well as the ability to look in on a problem from all aspects. The programme was useful as it also explored different paths into Law and definitley made me more confident about applying to law firms and how i could make my application best stand out and it helped me develop the skills i'd need in order to succeed.

How much did you learn about the company culture and what it would be like to work there?

I learned a lot, there was a wide variety of employees who worked at pinsents and they all gave a useful insight into how the company worked and what the culture there is like.
