Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
I led a team of employees, supported, coached and empowered crew to bring their best and accomplished all shift work. Ensured all standard were met, monitored operations, reallocated resources and solved operational problems.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I really enjoyed my programme, I felt supported throughout and I had adequate time for my off the job training.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes, without the apprenticeship I wouldn't be the leader I am today. The first line supervision medule really assisted with my career development.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Extremely well organised, my mentor and trainer were both great.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
So much support, they supported me throughout my journey whether I had asked or not - it was great.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
So much support from my trainer was given, we had rather frequent virtual call where we would discuss anything ongoing and any questions I had. I also had a contact number and email for him in case of any other questions.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
100% better. Again, I wouldn't be the leader I am without this apprenticeship.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
No
