Engineer Review

This role has been an amazing opportunity to gain hands on experience on such a fast paced and exciting industry.
My role involved speaking to numerous stakeholders on a regular basis. I enjoyed the opportunity to work with many departments. I learnt a great deal about quality Engineering and other terms like non conformance and the different processes to work on even releasing products to customers. I also learnt to present data and deliver presentations.

Yes I have learnt many new skills. I have learnt t be very confident and learnt to work with many people. I learnt a great deal about quality Engineering and other terms like non conformance and the different processes to work on even releasing products to customers. I also learnt to present data and deliver presentations. I've learnt to understand Concessions. I've learnt about the quality and safety of critical parts in engines.

A lot of support from early careers. A lot of support from mentors. A lot of support from my team. A lot of support from my manager. A lot of support from all staff members. Support from the start of my internship all the way through the end of the internship. Guidance was given thought-out the internship. For all tasks we got guidance and were shown the expected delivery. This was a nice learning experience in the aerospace industry

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like? The culture of the company was very warm and friendly. Support through the pandemic the entire time. Safety and cautious for all employees. Very helpful nature of all employees. People sharing experiences and ideas. There were many instances of time to reflect on your role to perform better. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship? I absolutely enjoyed the entire 6 month internship and I really am excited for the various opportunities that I was able to learn a large amount of detail involve while also enjoying the workload.
