Managing a team to deliver great service for our customers through regular coaching and feedback. Responsibilities also include day-to-day management of the branch including risk assessments.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoyed the programme and would encourage anyone to complete an apprenticeship.

We have regular teams training sessions, individual learning and tutor supported calls which take place every 6 weeks.

My mentor within the bank is very supportive, regularly checking in with me to discuss my progress.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I regularly receive my 20% off-the-job working hours which I’m allowed to complete at home as to avoid distraction / interruptions at work.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps massively as I’ve been able to learn different coaching models as well as understanding different motivational theories to lead a high performing team.
