My day to role involved auditing companies either in the office, client or working from home. All aspects from speaking to client to documenting samples from the client.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme is really good as gives you development and insight from a young age in to the work place.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot of new skills and developed existing ones. Such as developing team work/communication skills from working with different people. I learnt how to deal with and communicate effectively with clients.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is organised very well. Good effective clear information of when everything takes place within the programme.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support is very good, you have a buddy on first placement who can talk to about anything along with your coach who is there for you to help with any issues arising from work.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support provided helps a long way to gain the qualifications and is very well organised and ran.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The training received goes a long way to performing well in the role but also being in person with people in the office helps as much.

The office ahs frequent socials throughout the year such as christmas party, summer party, quizzes.

All the staff and friendly within the company and always there to help out.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to PwC?
Make sure you know what it actually is PwC do. But also don't worry if don't know anything to being with the training is very helpful.
