Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Welding on a Monday, Tuesday and half day Thursday with the rest of the week filling out paperwork or classwork including maths, science, health and safety and general welding theory
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It's better than previous jobs, but it feels like there is a lack of communication within the college

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I came into the apprenticeship knowing nothing about welding and now know enough to pass welding tests, however it feels like we are left to learn most of it by ourselves rather than being taught it

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Not very. There have been multiple times where we have found out that we should have already completed work that we did not know about
How much support do you receive from your employer?

They do try and support through online classes, but I feel like the support is mis-placed
