It was overall very interesting, I was able to experience various types of clients and industries as well as to the different areas of audit testing.

It was really enjoyable, some days the hours are very long but it is all fine if this is communicated in advance, and if the team is nice.
How well organised was your work experience?

Well organised, I knew in advance the clients and jobs that I will be working on, I also knew when I would be expected to put in longer hours.
How much did your work experience help you in deciding on your future career path?

By completing my own work and seeing how my managers work, it definitely gave me an insight as to how my future career would be if I would to stay on the same path.

Yes, overtime pay was also included for all time worked above the contracted hours.

I developed skills to test a number of financial statement areas, time management and prioritisation skills, etc.

A lot, the office has a very nice culture whereby everyone is approachable.

yes, there were various socials organised such as post work drinks, sports socials, etc. It allowed me to meet people outside of my team and peers.

Would you recommend PwC to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Good culture, great experience overall, and the interns are treated as actual associates (with respect and given proper work that helps us to learn.)
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to PwC?
Do research on the PwC website as to what to expect for the interviews and assessments. Make sure that you are updated on the world and finance news as it helps to improve your impression.
