Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Business Support Manager responsible for onboarding and offboarding for a division of colleagues. Manage stakeholders across the organisation at junior to exec levels. Manage property for the division as well as multiple people focussed organisational design projects.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I've really enjoyed the programme, being able to put what we learn into practice has really helped as well.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Developed my ability and confidence in delegation, trusting others and delivering through others in order to develop a brilliant team and build upon my experience as a manager.

Very well - we always have contact with our tutors and i feel we are well supported to achieve what is needed.

Lots, i am given the time i need to study each week and i feel really fortunate that i get this time to study and develop in my own time.
