Designing and improving medical devices. Testing current medical devices and fixing issues to improve the lives of patients. Communicating with the wider company to identify problems and working as a team to help reduce the issues.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy learning new things, I think the level of difficulty is good as I find it challenging but not difficult.

Incredibly well organised. I have weekly meetings with my manager, mentor and buddy.
