My role is in audit, which involves working in a team on one client at a time, reviewing their financial accounts against evidence provided.

My manager (called a "career coach") is not very involved in my development at all, tries to do as little as she can and avoids talking to me as much as she can.

We do not get enough "live, in college" tuition compared to other firms, for cost-saving reasons.
