I make decisions on whether or not a customer/claimant is entitled to universal credit or not. I take into consideration their savings, properties or any type of capital to make a fair decision.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I do somewhat enjoy it - however as I have worked in a customer service environment before, and I have received the training to ensure I can deliver high-quality service. I don't think I am learning anything new but this has been a refresher.
