Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
Working within BP team, supporting with client review vists, digital demo's, documentation support.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I really enjoy the autonomy I am given, but then sometimes it would be nice to have more structure. I enjoy the opportunity I am given to learn lots of varied work

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
3/5
Presenting skills have been developed face-to-face and over zoom. Communication/interpersonal skills have been developed.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
In terms of CIPD etc very organised and structured. As for my day-to-day role, not so much, as described above
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Lots of support. Line manager is helpful as are the rest of the BP team
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
Not really required much so can't give much feedback
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
It certainly helps to have some basic understanding. But EL & HR is quite complex and the course doesn't really help with this. I suppose it's good in setting the framework for what behaviours a consultant should learn
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
None

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend NatWest Group to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I've worked for the group for 4 years and have never had any issues. Lots of different areas of the bank you can work in so good chances to develop
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest Group?
Try to pin down more support at the beginning, in terms of asking for structure. For example, what is expected from me day-to-day
