My job role is warehouse operative and I work for procurement department my roles involves safe movement of MHE and help with packaging and receive deliveries also handle everything in safe manners according to the rules and look out for health and safety stock taking and manual handling including wearing a proper PPE .
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My Supervisor was very helpful in start and she helped me in beginning by given me confidence and polish my skills by giving me awareness on Health and safety and increased development and with theory by making and helping on assignments and WDAs and helped me with my projects and given me confidence for to lead my projects and EPA I have enjoyed and excited to go for degree after completion of apprenticeship.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot of new skills and knowledge through my apprenticeship. I felt very confident and motivated to perform my job. Apprenticeship developed my practical skills and knowledge to do my job accordingly also provide me certification and practical learning and skills of doing job efficiently and lead.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My apprenticeship program was quite organised and well planned. My tutors have been very helpful and cooperative guiding me throughout the program . Virtual classes were very helpful and conducted well. The completed assignments and projects were checked on time and were provided with positive feedback for improvement. The structure was very helpful .
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received very positive support from my employer. They are always cooperative when i designed my projects until i completed them. I was provided with laptop whenever I had virtual classes and with off the job hours to complete some assignments. The communication was healthy. They have given me every possible help to complete my apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provides are very helpful and supportive. They have been guiding me throughout the program. Even in my very busy work schedule, they are quite flexible to adjust the training timings and for one to one meeting. I am very satisfied with their support during my assignments and mock exams. They have helped me to complete my mock test and prepare for EPA.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

With this training program provided by my tutors, I feel very positive and confident to perform in my current role as well as future advancement. I learned many useful topics, such as lean, 5S, more about health and safety. Also I learned of effective communication at work, different regulations and project management skills. I am proud of my achievements through this program.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are many extra curricular activities take place at amazon. There are some quizzes and some games held here in amazon. People are relaxed and feel motivated to take part in the activities. There are sports like snooker is also played and people play as a team. There is a good culture of promoting healthy environment.

Why?
Because the program is conducted and is managed in a professional manner and training providers are very helpful and supportive to the students. Everything is organised and tutors are flexible and go extra mile to help you. The courses are simple to understand and with the virtual classes, you get lot of help from tutorials.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Babington?
I would advise others to choose babington because I think this is one of the best training institutes who provide with easy to understand materials and qualified tutors who help students throughout the program to achieve their goals and objectives. I would advise them that they can manage both work as well as the program simultaneously easily.
