I dont enjoy the function skill maths but i love everything else. the assignments are not only relevant but they are interesting

very in a monthly program that has some flexibility. i know what is expected of me at all times

as much as i need. her communication is great, consistent and she breaks things down for me easily which is much appreciated

its allowed me to look at it through another angle - experience is always great, but having some theoretical back ground knowledge to boost it is invaluable

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Babington?
always reach out. if you are struggling with something or just unsure then reach out. When i first started my line manager left my company unexpectedly which had a knock on effect on me, i explained this to my trainer and she was very supportive and helpful which really boosted my faith in her and motivation to keep going
